God wants all His children to be bold in living for Him as we minister to others and communicate the gospel. We believe that He encourages boldness not only in individual Adventist Christians, but also in Adventist institutions, such as the Northern California Conference. 
When we act together to reach common goals, we can effectively advance His kingdom in our communities and throughout the world. The writer of Hebrews acknowledged this idea when he wrote: “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:24).
In September 2007, at the conference-wide convocation, NCC leaders presented a new campaign for the conference titled “Be Bold for God.” The goal was to raise money for three special projects. Because of difficult economic times, we may not be totally able to reach our goals in each project, but we are excited to see the ways people have gotten personally involved in advancing these endeavors. We hope that the people in Northern California will continue to place an emphasis on outreach - not only to their local communities - but also to people around the world.
